MODULE A: Language Resource Centre


Language is a key tool for integration, communication, and personal growth. This module is designed to help migrants develop essential language skills needed for social and professional interactions in their host country. Participants will improve their speaking, listening, reading, and writing abilities through practical exercises, interactive activities, and real-life scenarios. The aim is to build confidence in everyday communication, whether in workplaces, public services, or social settings. By the end of this module, learners will be better equipped to navigate their new environment and actively engage in their communities.



MODULE B: Intercultural communication & mediation skills


In today’s multicultural societies, effective communication and mediation are essential for fostering understanding and social inclusion. This module equips migrants with the skills to navigate cultural differences, resolve conflicts, and build meaningful connections in their host country. Participants will learn about cultural norms, active listening, and conflict resolution strategies while exploring the principles of intercultural mediation. Through real-life scenarios,  they will develop the confidence to engage in diverse social and professional environments, contributing to a more inclusive community.


MODULE C: Cultural awareness & work culture


This is designed to help learners understand and appreciate the diversity of cultures around the world. By exploring cultural values and norms, participants will develop the skills to engage respectfully and effectively with individuals from different backgrounds and equip them with essential soft skills, cultural awareness, and workplace etiquette to integrate successfully into their new professional environment. Learners will gain insight into the importance of cultural sensitivity and how it enhances personal, professional, and global interactions.


MODULE D: Spain - introduction to its values and culture


This is focused on understanding the ethical values and cultural norms that shape a country's identity and societal practices. Learners will explore the influence of national history, traditions, and ethical frameworks on decision-making and behavior. Through case studies participants will gain insight into how national culture impacts various sectors, such as business, governance, and social interactions, and how to navigate ethical challenges in a culturally diverse environment.


MODULE E: Mentoring


This is designed to equip learners with the essential skills to build effective mentoring relationships. Participants will explore key concepts such as active listening, providing constructive feedback, setting meaningful goals, gain the confidence to support and guide others in their personal or professional development, fostering growth, self-awareness, and empowerment.

Module F aims to equip learners with the essential skills needed to navigate and thrive in today’s digital world. Participants will explore key digital tools, online communication platforms, and essential cybersecurity practices. Participants will explore the principles of EU governance, the role of European institutions, and the significance of active citizenship in shaping Europe’s future. Learners will gain a deeper understanding of what it means to be a European citizen and how to engage with EU policies and initiatives.

It aims to equip learners with the knowledge and skills to understand environmental challenges and implement sustainable practices in their personal, professional, and community life. Through real-world case studies, and hands-on projects, participants will explore eco-friendly solutions, resource conservation, and green technologies to help reduce environmental impact and promote a sustainable future.

ΕΝΟΤΗΤΑ Η: Βιωσιμότητα και πράσινες πρακτικές




Στόχος αυτής της ενότητας είναι να εξοπλίσει τους μαθητές με τις γνώσεις και δεξιότητες για να κατανοούν τις περιβαλλοντικές προκλήσεις και να εφαρμόζουν βιώσιμες πρακτικές στην προσωπική, επαγγελματική και κοινοτική τους ζωή. Μέσα από μελέτες περιπτώσεων από την πραγματική ζωή και πρακτικά έργα, οι συμμετέχοντες θα εξερευνήσουν φιλικές προς το περιβάλλον λύσεις, τη διατήρηση πόρων και τις πράσινες τεχνολογίες, ώστε να μειώσουν τον περιβαλλοντικό αντίκτυπο και να προωθήσουν ένα βιώσιμο μέλλον.

ΕΝΟΤΗΤΑ Ζ: Ιθαγένεια της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης

Οι συμμετέχοντες θα εξερευνήσουν τις αρχές διακυβέρνησης της ΕΕ, τον ρόλο των ευρωπαϊκών θεσμών και τη σημασία της ενεργού συμμετοχής των πολιτών στη διαμόρφωση του μέλλοντος της Ευρώπης. Οι μαθητές θα αποκτήσουν βαθύτερη κατανόηση του τι σημαίνει να είσαι Ευρωπαίος πολίτης και πώς να συμμετέχεις στις πολιτικές και πρωτοβουλίες της ΕΕ.{mlang}

ΕΝΟΤΗΤΑ Ε: Καθοδήγηση


Αυτή η ενότητα έχει σχεδιαστεί για να εξοπλίσει τους μαθητές με τις βασικές δεξιότητες για τη δημιουργία αποτελεσματικών σχέσεων καθοδήγησης (mentoring). Οι συμμετέχοντες θα εξερευνήσουν βασικές έννοιες, όπως η ενεργητική ακρόαση, η παροχή εποικοδομητικής ανατροφοδότησης και ο καθορισμός ουσιαστικών στόχων, αποκτώντας την αυτοπεποίθηση να υποστηρίζουν και να καθοδηγούν άλλους στην προσωπική ή επαγγελματική τους ανάπτυξη, προωθώντας την ανάπτυξη, την αυτογνωσία και την ενδυνάμωση.

ΕΝΟΤΗΤΑ Δ: Ελλάδα – εισαγωγή στις αξίες και τον πολιτισμό της


Αυτή η ενότητα επικεντρώνεται στην κατανόηση των ηθικών αξιών και των πολιτισμικών κανόνων που διαμορφώνουν την ταυτότητα μιας χώρας και τις κοινωνικές πρακτικές της. Οι μαθητές θα εξερευνήσουν την επίδραση της εθνικής ιστορίας, των παραδόσεων και των ηθικών πλαισίων στη λήψη αποφάσεων και στη συμπεριφορά. Μέσα από μελέτες περιπτώσεων, οι συμμετέχοντες θα αποκτήσουν γνώση για το πώς ο εθνικός πολιτισμός επηρεάζει διάφορους τομείς, όπως οι επιχειρήσεις, η διακυβέρνηση και οι κοινωνικές αλληλεπιδράσεις, καθώς και για το πώς να αντιμετωπίζουν ηθικές προκλήσεις σε ένα πολιτισμικά πολυπολιτισμικό περιβάλλον.

ΕΝΟΤΗΤΑ Γ: Πολιτισμική επίγνωση και εργασιακή κουλτούρα


Αυτή η ενότητα έχει σχεδιαστεί για να βοηθήσει τους μαθητές να κατανοήσουν και να εκτιμήσουν την ποικιλομορφία των πολιτισμών σε όλο τον κόσμο. Μέσα από την εξερεύνηση των πολιτισμικών αξιών και κανόνων, οι συμμετέχοντες θα αναπτύξουν δεξιότητες για να επικοινωνούν με σεβασμό και αποτελεσματικότητα με άτομα από διαφορετικά υπόβαθρα, καθώς και να εξοπλιστούν με βασικές «μαλακές» δεξιότητες, πολιτισμική επίγνωση και εργασιακή δεοντολογία, ώστε να ενταχθούν με επιτυχία στο νέο επαγγελματικό τους περιβάλλον. Οι μαθητές θα αποκτήσουν γνώση για τη σημασία της πολιτισμικής ευαισθησίας και για το πώς αυτή ενισχύει τις προσωπικές, επαγγελματικές και παγκόσμιες αλληλεπιδράσεις.

ΜΟΝΑΔΑ F: Ψηφιακή Ικανότητα


Το Μάθημα F στοχεύει στο να εξοπλίσει τους μαθητές με τις βασικές δεξιότητες που είναι απαραίτητες για να κινούνται και να αναπτύσσονται στον σύγχρονο ψηφιακό κόσμο. Οι συμμετέχοντες θα εξερευνήσουν βασικά ψηφιακά εργαλεία, πλατφόρμες διαδικτυακής επικοινωνίας και θεμελιώδεις πρακτικές κυβερνοασφάλειας. Στο τέλος του μαθήματος, οι μαθητές θα είναι σε θέση να χρησιμοποιούν την τεχνολογία με αποτελεσματικό, υπεύθυνο και ασφαλή τρόπο, τόσο σε προσωπικά όσο και σε επαγγελματικά περιβάλλοντα.


ΕΝΟΤΗΤΑ Β: Διαπολιτισμική επικοινωνία και δεξιότητες διαμεσολάβησης


Στις σημερινές πολυπολιτισμικές κοινωνίες, η αποτελεσματική επικοινωνία και η διαμεσολάβηση είναι απαραίτητες για την προώθηση της κατανόησης και της κοινωνικής ένταξης. Αυτή η ενότητα εξοπλίζει τους μετανάστες με δεξιότητες για να αντιμετωπίζουν πολιτισμικές διαφορές, να επιλύουν συγκρούσεις και να δημιουργούν ουσιαστικές σχέσεις στη χώρα υποδοχής τους. Οι συμμετέχοντες θα μάθουν για τα πολιτισμικά πρότυπα, την ενεργητική ακρόαση και τις στρατηγικές επίλυσης συγκρούσεων, εξερευνώντας ταυτόχρονα τις αρχές της διαπολιτισμικής διαμεσολάβησης. Μέσα από σενάρια της καθημερινής ζωής, θα αναπτύξουν την αυτοπεποίθηση να συμμετέχουν σε ποικίλα κοινωνικά και επαγγελματικά περιβάλλοντα, συμβάλλοντας σε μια πιο περιεκτική κοινότητα.

ΕΝΟΤΗΤΑ Α: Κέντρο Γλωσσικών Πόρων



Η γλώσσα είναι ένα βασικό εργαλείο για την ενσωμάτωση, την επικοινωνία και την προσωπική ανάπτυξη. Αυτή η ενότητα έχει σχεδιαστεί για να βοηθήσει τους μετανάστες να αναπτύξουν βασικές γλωσσικές δεξιότητες που χρειάζονται για κοινωνικές και επαγγελματικές αλληλεπιδράσεις στη χώρα υποδοχής τους. Οι συμμετέχοντες θα βελτιώσουν τις ικανότητες ομιλίας, ακρόασης, ανάγνωσης και γραφής μέσω πρακτικών ασκήσεων, διαδραστικών δραστηριοτήτων και σεναρίων από την καθημερινή ζωή. Στόχος είναι να αποκτήσουν αυτοπεποίθηση στην καθημερινή επικοινωνία, είτε στον χώρο εργασίας, στις δημόσιες υπηρεσίες είτε σε κοινωνικά πλαίσια. Στο τέλος αυτής της ενότητας, οι μαθητές θα είναι καλύτερα εξοπλισμένοι για να προσανατολιστούν στο νέο τους περιβάλλον και να συμμετέχουν ενεργά στις κοινότητές τους.
