    Welcome to the PIPE (Programme of Inclusion for Migrant People at risk of social exclusion) online learning platform. This course addresses the specific needs of adult migrants, refugees, and asylum seekers, designed to help you build the confidence and skills necessary to thrive in your new community.

    About the Course

    This modular training program focuses on Soft Skills, Cultural Awareness, and Mentorship. It is a flexible, non-formal learning experience that you can access from your computer or smartphone. The course is designed to be practical and relevant to your daily life, offering tools to improve your communication, understanding of the workplace, and digital skills.

    Who is this course for?

    This training is designed for adult migrants, refugees, and asylum seekers currently residing in Spain, Italy, Germany, Greece and Denmark. It is suitable for those who:

    • Have recently arrived or want to improve their integration skills.

    • Have a basic understanding of the national language (approx. A2/B1 level).

    • Are interested in personal growth or becoming a future mentor for other newcomers.

    Explore the 8 Learning Modules

    You can learn at your own pace through the following eight modules. Please note that Module A and Module D are specific to the country you are living in, while the others cover universal European topics.

    • Module A: Language Resource Centre Designed to help you develop essential language skills for social and professional interactions. You will practice speaking, listening, and writing to build confidence in everyday communication and the workplace.

    • Module B: Intercultural Communication & Mediation Skills Learn how to navigate cultural differences and resolve conflicts. This module provides tools for active listening and mediation to help you build meaningful connections in a multicultural society.

    • Module C: Cultural Awareness & Work Culture Understand the values, norms, and workplace etiquette of your new environment. This module helps you engage respectfully with people from different backgrounds and succeed in professional settings.

    • Module D: National Ethics and Culture A country-specific module focused on the history, traditions, and ethical values that shape the identity of your host country. It explores how these factors influence business, government, and social interactions.

    • Module E: Mentoring Equip yourself with the skills to support others. This module covers active listening, feedback, and goal setting, helping you gain the confidence to guide others in their personal or professional development.

    • Module F: Digital Literacy Essential skills for thriving in the digital world. Learn how to use key digital tools, communicate online, and apply cybersecurity practices to use technology safely and effectively.

    • Module G: European Union Citizenship Discover your rights, responsibilities, and opportunities as part of the EU. This module explores European institutions and what it means to be an active citizen in shaping Europe’s future.

    • Module H: Sustainability and Green Practices Understand environmental challenges and how to live sustainably. This module offers practical knowledge on eco-friendly solutions and green technologies for your personal and professional life.
