El idioma es una herramienta clave para la integración, la comunicación y el crecimiento personal. Este módulo está diseñado para ayudar a las personas migrantes a desarrollar las competencias lingüísticas esenciales necesarias para las interacciones sociales y profesionales en su país de acogida. Las personas participantes mejorarán sus habilidades de expresión oral, comprensión auditiva, lectura y escritura mediante ejercicios prácticos, actividades interactivas y situaciones de la vida real. El objetivo es aumentar la confianza en la comunicación cotidiana, ya sea en el entorno laboral, en los servicios públicos o en contextos sociales. Al finalizar este módulo, el alumnado estará mejor preparado para desenvolverse en su nuevo entorno y participar activamente en sus comunidades.



En las sociedades multiculturales actuales, la comunicación eficaz y la mediación son esenciales para fomentar la comprensión y la inclusión social. Este módulo proporciona a las personas migrantes las habilidades necesarias para desenvolverse entre diferencias culturales, resolver conflictos y construir relaciones significativas en el país de acogida. Las personas participantes aprenderán sobre normas culturales, escucha activa y estrategias de resolución de conflictos, al mismo tiempo que explorarán los principios de la mediación intercultural. A través de situaciones de la vida real, desarrollarán la confianza necesaria para participar en entornos sociales y profesionales diversos, contribuyendo así a una comunidad más inclusiva.


Está diseñado para ayudar a los estudiantes a comprender y valorar la diversidad de culturas en todo el mundo; mediante la exploración de valores y normas culturales, los participantes desarrollarán las habilidades necesarias para relacionarse de forma respetuosa y eficaz con personas de diferentes orígenes, adquiriendo competencias clave como habilidades blandas, conciencia cultural y normas de comportamiento en el entorno laboral para integrarse con éxito en su nuevo contexto profesional, así como comprender la importancia de la sensibilidad cultural y cómo esta mejora las interacciones personales, profesionales y globales.


Este se centra en comprender los valores éticos y las normas culturales que configuran la identidad y las prácticas sociales de un país. El alumnado explorará la influencia de la historia nacional, las tradiciones y los marcos éticos en la toma de decisiones y el comportamiento. A través de estudios de caso, las personas participantes adquirirán una visión más profunda de cómo la cultura nacional influye en distintos ámbitos, como los negocios, la gobernanza y las interacciones sociales, así como de cómo afrontar los desafíos éticos en un entorno culturalmente diverso.


Esto está diseñado para dotar a los participantes de las habilidades esenciales para construir relaciones de mentoría efectivas. Los participantes explorarán conceptos clave como la escucha activa, la retroalimentación constructiva y el establecimiento de objetivos significativos, y adquirirán la confianza necesaria para apoyar y guiar a otras personas en su desarrollo personal o profesional, fomentando el crecimiento, la autoconciencia y el empoderamiento.


El módulo F tiene como objetivo dotar al alumnado de las competencias esenciales necesarias para desenvolverse y prosperar en el mundo digital actual. Las personas participantes explorarán herramientas digitales clave, plataformas de comunicación en línea y prácticas fundamentales de ciberseguridad. Al finalizar el módulo, el alumnado estará capacitado para utilizar la tecnología de forma eficaz, responsable y segura tanto en contextos personales como profesionales.



Esto introduce a los participantes en los derechos, responsabilidades y oportunidades disponibles para la ciudadanía dentro de la Unión Europea. Las personas participantes explorarán los principios de la gobernanza de la UE, el papel de las instituciones europeas y la importancia de la ciudadanía activa en la configuración del futuro de Europa. El alumnado adquirirá una comprensión más profunda de lo que significa ser ciudadano o ciudadana europea y de cómo participar en las políticas e iniciativas de la UE.





El módulo H tiene como objetivo proporcionar al alumnado los conocimientos y las habilidades necesarios para comprender los desafíos ambientales y aplicar prácticas sostenibles en su vida personal, profesional y comunitaria. A través de estudios de casos reales y proyectos prácticos, las personas participantes explorarán soluciones ecológicas, la conservación de recursos y tecnologías verdes que ayuden a reducir el impacto ambiental y a promover un futuro sostenible.

It aims to equip learners with the knowledge and skills to understand environmental challenges and implement sustainable practices in their personal, professional, and community life. Through real-world case studies, and hands-on projects, participants will explore eco-friendly solutions, resource conservation, and green technologies to help reduce environmental impact and promote a sustainable future.

Participants will explore the principles of EU governance, the role of European institutions, and the significance of active citizenship in shaping Europe’s future. Learners will gain a deeper understanding of what it means to be a European citizen and how to engage with EU policies and initiatives.

Learners will explore the influence of national history, traditions, and ethical frameworks on decision-making and behavior. Through case studies participants will gain insight into how national culture impacts various sectors, such as business, governance, and social interactions, and how to navigate ethical challenges in a culturally diverse environment.
